Can you help me with some health questions about food please?
Here are my food items: Cheeseburger Tater tots Oatmeal cookie Cup of juice Cup of chocolate milk Here are my questions: Which item has the least protein? Which item has the most carbohydrates? Which item has the least carbohydrates? Which item has the most fat? Which item has the least fat? Which item has the most calcium? Which item has the least amount of sodium? Which item provides the most iron? And which item on the tray provides the most zinc? Thanks for your help! :) Best answer will be given.

Which item provides the most iron? Cheeseburger. And which item on the tray provides the most zinc? I haven't got a clue ! Don't hold me accountable on these answers. I do not know for a fact that they are all correct.

Your healthest bit is to eat baked and grilled foods. Deep fried or fried food is fatning. Oatmeal is good for you. Just don't eat too much of it. Fried food like fried porkchops is bad but grilled is better for you. Just don't over do it. I know about these things because I'm a diabetic and I have to follow that rule so I want get a heartattack.

cheeseburger probly has the most protein carbs is probly the cookie or the tater tots the beverages probly have the least carbs cheeseburger and tater tots i think has the most fat milk has the most calcium i dont think that any of them contain alot of sodium unless u put salt on the tots thats bout all that i kno. u can check the nutrition facts on the packaging or ask the place u got them from if its at a resturant ect

You should go to calorie.com and look up each food item and compare them.

Juice or burger. for these answers I am using commercially prepared foods. the milk is whole milk and pre-mixed. Juice is fruit not vegetable. the cookie is large w/out raisins.
