Good sources of antioxidants come from berries and things with vitamin C. Coconut oil also contain antioxidants. Wheat grass also contain antioxidants. Antiflammatory: tea tree oil, coconut oil. Why exactly are you looking for anti-oxidants? It's best take in antioxidants fresh from its source.

It is overwhelming, lost in a sea of bottles, promises, claims, so I feel your pain. Let me help.. Gogi, Acai, Nopal, Agave, Amla Fruit, Magosteen are amazing fruit with plenty of antioxidants, rich in vitamins but overdone by the media. Hype made them very expensive, small 8oz bottle of acai is over $4 ! That small bottle will give you same benefits as a full glass of orange juice. Yes, it is proven if these superfoods are taken in huge concentrations the result is amazing. Sipping 8oz bottles each day wont make a difference. I did various studies on delivery of antioxidants, and ORAC numbers (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) has become the current industry standard for assessing antioxidant strength of whole food. Highest concentrations are found in Tea (called EGCG), chocolate, grape seed, oregano red wine and french pine bark. There are 3 answers that will blow you away; 1. Grape seed extract 200mg daily (make sure the only product in the pill is "grape seed", cheaper diluted pills also have grape skin, stems, which are a filler. Grape seed effect happens in progression, minimum 3 months. It is most popular antioxidant, benefits are staggering The other two both come from France; maritime pine bark extract (Pycnogenol) and Wine Tonic. Pine bark is more potent than grape seeds, but it is controlled by France, they sell them to different vendors due to a patent then distrubited world wide. This is the best antioxidant, and most expensive ($60 for 90 80mg pills), same effect as grape seed but potent! Be careful it thins your blood, so taking it with certain thinning blood medication is bad 3. Last is almost too good to be true, holy grail. A red wine tonic, it is a extraction of the ingridient Polyphenols, a chemical found in red wine. It is said red wine is good for many reasons, in moderation due to alcohol. A capful of this extraction is equilavent to staggering 130 bottles of red wine (of course minus alcohol). There is plenty of research on this mirace, in major papers magazines,shows.. It can actually reverse aging process. 130 bottles a day is still a fraction of what this thing can do. Hope this helps..

They are scam products. Just eat a healthy balanced diet for all the nutrition you need. If you need an anti inflammatory, see your pharmacist. Read this article: "MonaVie and Other "Superfruit" Juices" http://skeptoid.com/episodes/4086

Try making yourself a hot drink from a teaspoon of turmeric in a cup of hot water. Add a little black pepper to add the absorption of the active inflammatory substance. http://www.naturalremediescures.com/2008/06/benefits-of-curcumin-turmeric-enhanced-by-black-pepper/ Try eating berries instead of drinking bottled berry juice
