is it illegal to sell food without a health and safety qualification?
im thinking of making a small smoothie and milkshake stall on a wagon to take around a park, im fifteen. legal?

No. I raise chickens and sell their eggs (soon to sell meat as well). I cannot sell to the general public without a license.

No, completely illegal. And with the present health threats you would not be taken lightly. Your parents will end up in trouble too, assuming you use their kitchen.

unfortunatelyHealth and Hygene have gone completely mad these days . Even the poor old Ladies coffee mornings can get into trouble for selling cakes that have been made privately at home. it depends on the area you live in and how tightly they keep to the rules . The best thing to do is go to your Town hall and ask their advice because if you start to charge people and you haven't a licence you will almost certainly end up in trouble . Stupid laws but basically to keep people from getting food poisoning
