Only 18 counties take EBT for farmers markets in Ohio and not all the farmers markets within a county accept them. Contact the Ohio Dept of Jobs and family Services for more information. Butler, Hamilton, Clark, Champagne, Logan, Lucas, Highland, Franklin, Ross, Erie, Loraine, Cuyahoga, Summit, Mahonning, Stark, Wayne, Tuscawaras, Athens, Washington, Belmont, Guernsey and Perry

I highly recommend Orijen or Acana. They are made by a great company. Wellness, blue buffalo, taste of the wild are also good foods. You can also check out http://www.dogfoodanalysis.com/dog_food_reviews All the 4-6 star foods are good, healthy foods. Anything less than 4 star is not so great.

Where other than Health Food Stores and Whole Foods can I find Nutritional Yeast?

Hello Try the site below:- http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/detail/579698_Marigold_Engevita_Nutritional_Yeast_Flakes__125g.html Lots of Love Misscpb xxx

If we knew where you lived, we could help you more specifically... I buy nutritional yeast at health food/natural food stores, or at a food co-op. I do most of my non-farmer's-market shopping at natural food stores or the co-op, because I find that I actually pay less and receive better quality and better service at those stores. I mostly eat fresh produce, and seeds, nuts, and whole grains from the bulk bins. The prices for all those items seem to be higher at Shaw's and Stop & Shop than they are at Whole Foods and Harvest (and the farmer's markets!) Other items like seaweed, rice noodles, and certain non-local produce are cheaper at Asian or Latino markets, so I do the rest of my shopping there. Back to the nooch! Sometimes I buy nutritional yeast in the bulk bins, and sometimes I buy Red Star brand in a canister. You can see what the container looks like here: http://store.veganessentials.com/red-star-nutritional-yeast-p734.aspx?utm_medium=cse&utm_source=googlebase You may find it in your local supermarket. It might be in baking, but it might be in supplements. Ask someone who works in the supplement section first. They may be able to help you, or to guide you to a local store that carries it. You may also find it at your local drugstore in the supplement section, or at a vitamin and supplement store. I've checked GNC's website, and unfortunately they don't seem to sell it there. I also checked the sites for the big box stores, and neither Target nor Wal-mart seems to have it either. Again, ask someone who works in the supplement department first, as they are most likely to know what you are talking about! I highly recommend calling around. It will be a lot quicker than going to every store in your town! Make a list of all the grocery stores, drugstores, health food stores, and supplement stores. Use google maps to help you find the locations and phone numbers of the businesses. Set aside a good chunk of time. Call each store and ask to speak to someone in nutrition and supplements. If you can't find it anywhere close by, and Whole Foods is your closest option, just buy a large quantity and store it in the fridge. Stored properly, it lasts for many months, so you don't have to worry about it spoiling if you don't use it all next week! You could also go to Whole Foods and ask them if they know of any other stores that carry it. Let them know where you live. The people there may know of a source that is closer to your house or workplace. Also, because it is shelf stable, buying it online is a fine option. It won't go bad while it waits for you to pick up your package! Here's another place to buy it online: http://www.trueharvest.com/product_info.php/products_id/3936 Good luck

Should a bartender leave real estate, health food restaurant, and mcdonalds off of their resume

Should a bartender leave real estate, health food restaurant, and mcdonalds off of their resume ?
Should a bartender leave real estate, health food restaurant, mcdonalds off of their resume even though they require a lot of customer service skills? Or are these a bit iffy grey areas, and maybe a little unrelated? Try your luck at the objective. Don't be nice , do your worst. "Objective: Highly motivated willing to accept a challening position within the realm of bartending services to increase hospitality skills and use skills to benefit the company. Recognized for exceptionally clean working area, handling large volume crowds, working at a fast pace, outstanding record of performance, reliability, and standards. Congenial and enthusiastic supporter of team goals. Honest. Confident."

just mcdonalds
2 :
no i would put all of your experiences on your resume and add that you have some bartending knowledge
3 :
I've always thought an objective on a resume is kind of dumb anyway. Yours is written well though. Unless you have a lot of experience as a bartender or closely related jobs to fill up a one page resume with, I would keep the real estate etc. on there. It's important for a lot of screeners to see that you have been gainfully employed for a certain period of time. Regardless of what the job was, if you did excellent work at that job, its nothing to be ashamed of. Every job has value to somebody. Even the customers in line at McDonalds should appreciate a helpful, fast and friendly associate and the company should too. If you can count on a positive recommendation from any or all of your supervisors at those places I would certainly keep them on the resume.
4 :
I agree with Marty (assuming you weren't management) "to increase hospitality skills" = good "use skills to benefit the company" = not so much Personal advancement, even financial, sounds honest.
5 :
dont leave them off or there will be gaps in jobs. they could ask about the gaps and why the other jobs arent on there

if popcorn is butter flavored, is it still considered a health food

if popcorn is butter flavored, is it still considered a health food?
eating butter flavored popcorn once a day, is that harmful?

everything in moderation
2 :
It's not what you eat, but how much. Everything is good for you, in moderation. And who doesn't love butter flavoured popcorn?
3 :
Yes...lots of fat....
4 :
Eat it plain for the most healthy option. You might have to pop it over an open stove to do this.
5 :
yes, becasue it is flavored.
6 :
no
7 :
No its not harm full, i suppose it just depends how much of it your eating!
8 :
i would agree, everything in moderation, but don't load on the butter. there is healthy fat free popcorn you can have! go to a grocery store and find the good stuff. still tastes good, too.
9 :
There is a lot of fat so just eat in moderation or low fat popcorn.
10 :
No it is not a health food if its butter flavored. And its harmless if u eat it once a day. My little brother eats it every day and nothing is wrong with him.
11 :
In a way its not because in someway butter is not good for you since i am a doctor i know but i'm a kis'd doctor so not really!
12 :
im my opinion no cause its its like frying okra. you still have the okra but with all that cholesterol an fat.
13 :
(my personal thoughts) actully popcorn is still bad for your health. popcorn doesnt has the real type of butter. the buter is actully a type of flavor. thats why popcorn taste good. Amagine the real butter on top pf the popcorn.
14 :
If your looking for healthy popcorn, you will air pop it. Microwave popcorn is really bad for you.
15 :
Nope, just add fresh spinach, carrots, onions, hot chili peppers, tomatoes and you have a "healthy vegetarian dip" that will hold the popcorn onto that 6 inch giant nacho cheese doritos.
16 :
once a day?? buttered popcorn?? that is very harmful to your health. no butter would be considered healthy. go for that.
17 :
i cup full, yes its okay...1 bag full NO..
18 :
According to my mother...no. Anything buttered wouldnt be considered healthy as the amount of milkfat in it is unbelievable. I stick with the non-salted one as its easier living with mother that way ;p
19 :
I wouldn't say it's harmful, but it's not health food if it has the usual butter flavoring on it. Normally, the butter flavoring is just flavored oil. I know there are healthier alternatives for various flavoring that are better for you which you can use on plain popcorn to make the popcorn taste buttery or cheesey or whatever. But the microwave popcorns that are sold as "butter flavored" are simply coated with flavored grease.
20 :
Most movie butter is really "almond oil" its not butter anything. Anything in large amounts is harmful, popcorn isnt that bad if cooked with little oil and with little salt, but if your eating a whole bag a day your over eating popcorn. here is some nutrition facts for (AIR POPPED, no oil) popcorn Nutrition Facts Serving Size 1 cup popped Amount per serving Per 1 cup Hot Air Popped Calories 10 Calories from fat 0 %DV Total Fat 5g 0% Saturated fat 0g 0% Cholesterol 0mg 0% Sodium 0mg 0% Total Carbohydrate 24g 1% Dietary Fiber 6g 2% Sugars 0g 0% Protein 4g <1% Iron <2% Vitamin A 0% Vitamin C 0% Calcium 0% Percent Daily Values (DV) are based on a 2,000 calorie so you can see that air popped isnt that bad. But compair that to the oil cooked popcorn with Per 1 cup oil cooked Calories 55 Calories from fat 27 %DV Total Fat 3g 5% Saturated fat 1g 3% Cholesterol 0mg 0% Sodium 97mg 4% Total Carbohydrate 6g 2% Dietary Fiber 1g 4% Sugars 0g 0% Protein 1g Iron 2% Vitamin A 0% Vitamin C 0% Calcium 0% Percent Daily Values (DV) are based on a 2,000 calorie So if your like many of us americans you will be eating more than 1 cup of popcorn at a time. Thats really not good for you. Hope it helps.
21 :
It depends on what the butter "Flavoring" is composed of. Butter is healthy in smaller amounts as it is just fat. As always, its better to pop your own popcorn and put butter on it than it is to buy the cheap processed stuff at the grocery store. If you are training for athletic events that require sustained energy, or are watching you weight, I would just get the plain stuff if you feel the need to eat popcorn. Otherwise, its just empty calories. There are snacks that are better for you, and will give you more nutrient wise, without so much fat. But as always, moderation... Its up to you... You could always read the nutritional facts on-line. There is a great book, "The Food Counter" that I can't remember the author(s) of for some reason, but it is great for figuring out stuff like this. I'm studying to be a nutritional scientist, we study on a molecular level how each individual cell is affected by what is consumed, and we go over these situations all the time. Processed food is never good for you, but in this day in age, most people eat it. If you're striving to obtain optimum health, I wouldn't eat it too often. Hope this helps!
22 :
not sure sorry
23 :
The 20th answer is pretty good in details. I would say popcorn is in between god and fatning for you

Are smoothies they sell at sonic and Maui Wowie health food or dessert

Are smoothies they sell at sonic and Maui Wowie health food or dessert?
Does anyone know if they are healthy? They taste very sweet.

The ones from sonic very high in calories. A dessert, not a health food.
2 :
Pretty unhealthy would be a pretty good guess
3 :
The only time that a smoothie is a healthy food is if it's made with lowfat or nonfat yogurt and real, no-sugar-added fruit. Anything with sugar, sherbert, or flavored syrups is a dessert-type thing
