Raising your health on Millsberry is easy - just eat right. By right, I mean eat from the 5 food groups every day. I use two different diets to keep up my health and my health on all my accounts is at 100%. Diet #1: If your hunger level is grumbly or 'lower' eat the following: 1. Fruit Salad 2. Green Salad 3. Cheeseburger If you are still not 'completely full' after eating those three items try adding another salad or fruit salad. Diet #2: If your hunger level is comfortably full or higher. 1. Lasagna (found on page 2 of the deli section of the grocery store) 2. Fruit Salad This should feed you to 'completely full'. If for any reason you are not completely full then try adding another fruit salad. If you eat this diet every day you should see your health rise. It will rise more quickly if it is low (in the 20s for example) than it does when it is high (in the 80s for example) but it will eventually reach 100%. Try to feed your person every day and their health should increase very steadily

What are the health risks related to adding of Monosodium Glutamate in food

What are the health risks related to adding of Monosodium Glutamate in food?
What is the safe amount of MSG that can be added to food (like Chinese)? Are there different qualities / varieties available in the market of MSG with different health safety levels?

1 :
There is no proven fact about the effects of MSG. However, many have reported their complaints about this substance. The following are the most common: dizziness, high blood pressure, insomnia, and athirst. I experienced dizziness after eating noodles flavored with MSG. I don't know how much is safe MSG. However, real and natural spices and flavorings can do in your cooking.
2 :
MSG is only really a concern if you are prone to allergies or migraines. Asthmatics also often have a reaction to it. Otherwise it really does just make food taste better. Naturally occurring glutamates are found in hard cheeses, mushrooms, concentrated tomato paste and many other 'savoury' tasting foods. So a pizza with tomato and loads of Parmesan will have far more glutamates than your average Chinese meal!!! Interestingly, human breast milk is really high in MSG! You can buy it in Asian grocers, but I'm pretty sure it is just standard strength. Just use a pinch like salt, (too much will ruin the taste of your meal) or simply replace it with other natural glutamates like fish sauce, shrimp floss or mushrooms.
3 :
Like many substances it is not necessarily harmful or safe. It depends on the person. Many people are allergic to it or intolerant though. For people who are allergic to it there is no safe amount. Many Chinese resturants indicate which items contain MSG or which items are MSG free. MSG is MSG, there are no differences. Symptoms of MSG allergy or intolerance include cold-like symptoms or migraine headaches. Other symptoms are possible. Sometimes symptoms can be very severe. MSG can be a decent alternative to table salt. It can react with certain medications though.

Don't bother! Drink healthy teas and stay away from those pricey fads that don't work. Drink regular green tea, black tea, white tea, etc. Just look at the label of those fads and you will see what's going on.

Is Obama being elected because so many liberals believe the government owes them a living, food and health care

Is Obama being elected because so many liberals believe the government owes them a living, food and health care?
Is that why liberals are so hell bent on getting rid of capitalism ? Because they know in a capitalistic society, each individual has to work for what he or she wants and needs and is not owed that by the government ? Thanks in advance for your answers. God bless.

The liberals can't weasel themselves out of this one!!!!! Good work!!!
2 :
Yes, many do believe that is the gov't's job to support them. Look at the numbers here who whine that Republicans just don't care about them. As if they have no responsibility for their own lives.
3 :
Yes. Obama as much stated that he was going to take from the wealthy and give to the poor. Guess he has "Robin Hood Syndrome". The only thing is that once he takes from the wealthy, and they cannot pay their bills, they will stop spending. Obama very irresponsible and uninformed.
4 :
No, Obama was elected because of the total incompetence of Bush and Cheney and the R neocons. A society can follow any number of models, just like a football team can have any number of winning strategies. But, the key ingredient in successful economies or football teams is competence. Exactly what Bush lacked.
5 :
you are grossly misinformed....its sad that people like you still exist
6 :
Well, some of those libs are Hollywood stars and I wonder how they feel about "redistributing wealth"?
7 :
Liberals hate America ( US) they feel guilty of our success and work to bring it down- damn they are good because we are getting there fast. I can trace all of our countries problems back to liberalism.
8 :
Moose, if you punt(give the ball/money away) to the other team(those that don't earn it) you're never going to win.
9 :
I think so.
10 :
Not exactly. There were plenty of Obama voters who are wealthy enough to pay for their own wants and needs. I think it had more to do with race. Minority voters wanted to feel like they finally had a piece of the pie, and white voters wanted to exorcise their white guilt. The problem was, this particular black candidate wasn't really ready to take on the highest office in the land. He doesn't have the skills, experience, or character for the job. If Republicans had been smart, they'd have nominated Alan Keyes--not because he's black, but because he's black _and_ better qualified than just about any other candidate out there.
11 :
It could be that we want the wealthy to feel the joy of a hard days work. With a pick. I for one will be thrilled when Paris Hilton develops calluses. And her last pair of Blahniks break a heel. I'm tired of paying for unwarranted bonuses of the rich and not so famous. They don't deserve a piece of my pension. Its not the rich and the poor, its the rich and the rest of us. Millions of people work and can't afford something as basic as health insurance, that they would pay for, not free, but the costs are too high to afford, and please don't give me that line about flat screen tvs, insurance would cost the equivalent of one flat screen a month, every month for the rest of your life. No one does that.
12 :
Your question hit the nail on the head.............it's exactly the reason. EX-REPUB: It's sad that people like you are able to vote. If the folks on the public dole were NOT allowed to vote, this would be a very different country.
13 :
My friend, there are lots of people, both Democrats and Republicans that think that the government owes them a living. These poor people, some by choice have been voting for Democrats for their entire life and they are still poor.
14 :
Only repukes and the likes of you believe that demonic lie. If you truly believe what you say then don't take anything from the government like ur income taxes and don't look for a receipt when you donate to charities and don't look for a contribution report from ur church to report to ur tax preparer then we will see who relies on the government. Will we? You want your money like every one else. People who hurting and want assistance are not always leeches. You need Jesus!
15 :
Obama is President because he won the election in November. The majority of people liked his ideas better than McCain's. Never did Obama promise handouts to people. He has spoken a lot about people making personal contributions and efforts, as well as taking on personal responsibility. Did you hear his speech on race, where he talked about how welfare may have contributed to cyclical poverty? Did you hear him in the debates, where he said that welfare without a work component is basically futile? If people expected handouts when Obama got into office, they weren't paying attention. He never promised them. He's all about people getting involved, contributing their ideas, and carrying them out. That's what his campaign was about.
16 :
I guess you forgot about all the Republicans that also voted for Obama. And your comment about minorities looting people proves you are nothing more than a racist behind a computer screen. Let's see what you say when someone white robs you.
17 :
Yes, and he has already set a very dangerous precedence for doing exactly that. We'll all be living off of bread and water when this is all over and the libs' will rejoice in the fact that it's free

Since it is not a food, it cannot be a "health" food.

What do microwaves do to the food and health

What do microwaves do to the food and health?
I've looked it up but everything is too long and elaborated. can someone explain it to me in a paragraph or two
Other - Health - 3 Answers

1 :
i know you can cook really healthy using your microwave you can steam vegetables and fish and you can make bake potatoes and corn on the cob as well
2 :
microwaves belong to the "below infrared" part of the electromagnetic spectrum (that shows all the types of radiation, visible or not). They have low frequency and are low in energy, so "Microwaves contain insufficient energy to directly chemically change substances by ionization". It means your food IS the same after heating it, it doesn't change chemically. Most studies conclude they are very safe, so enjoy!
3 :
Microwaves are small radio frequency wavelengths ranging from 1 mm to 300 mm. They are bounced around inside the microwave and create energy that heats your food. But the way that the waves are bounced around is violent and can damage molecules in food and cause them to loose much of the nutritional value
