Is it because frozen foods doesn't mean frozen fresh foods but foods with antiseptic ? The frozen foods that can be prepared with microwave ? For example, frozen corndogs or nuggets,pizza.

If you're refering to frozen foods such as pizza, nuggets and frozen corndogs, then regardless of whether they are frozen or not, those foods certainly aren't going to be healthy. But if you're talking about vegetables or meats, they only lose a slight amount of their nutritional value, meaning it's still definately better to eat frozen veggies and meat that go and buy a big mac from mcdonalds!

Frozen food isn't bad. It is prepared foods that are bad. Normally they are made with garbage ingredients. Foods that are frozen keep longer
