yes b/c if you load up on junk food now it will make it harder to stop.

Stop worrying about whether your previous diet will affect you in the future. Eat well and wisely now and in the future. No point in worrying about what is past !!

it already is affecting your health if bad habits continue you can surely look forward to obesity, diabetes, hypertension, high serum cholesterol, liver and kidney problems etc never too late to turn around

Yeah it does. Take suntanning or smoking - even if you quit later on, if you had too much of that crap, it WILL SHOW!!! suntanners get hideous sun spots all over their skin as they get older, smokers get wrinkly, etc etc... Lucky for you, you were just a kid and kids are pretty resilient to this stuff. As long as you keep eating healthy and drink alot of water, you'll be able to overcome it. Keep up exercise too - the later you start, the harder it gets!

Your question is at best, laughable. Various research has comprehensively shown the detrimental effects junk food can have on the body and mind, so one can only imagine the consequences derived from making them the majority of your diet. Try to change now, and accustom yourself to eating healthy food. And no, McDonald's does not count as a healthy alternative.

Old things are passed away, behold, all things have become new... Stop worrying about what you ate in the past and focus on how to make your diet a much healthy one now. Good luck
