What do microwaves do to the food and health?
I've looked it up but everything is too long and elaborated. can someone explain it to me in a paragraph or two

i know you can cook really healthy using your microwave you can steam vegetables and fish and you can make bake potatoes and corn on the cob as well

microwaves belong to the "below infrared" part of the electromagnetic spectrum (that shows all the types of radiation, visible or not). They have low frequency and are low in energy, so "Microwaves contain insufficient energy to directly chemically change substances by ionization". It means your food IS the same after heating it, it doesn't change chemically. Most studies conclude they are very safe, so enjoy!

Microwaves are small radio frequency wavelengths ranging from 1 mm to 300 mm. They are bounced around inside the microwave and create energy that heats your food. But the way that the waves are bounced around is violent and can damage molecules in food and cause them to loose much of the nutritional value
