um i want to know any health food somebody might suggest


um i want to know any health food somebody might suggest?
because i realized im not eating healthy enough and a healthy snack somebody might suggest to snack on instead of cheetoes and fried stuff.

Vegetables and fruits...sun chips are a better alternative to chips like Utz but you still shouldn't eat too many. Celery is very good for you, and made WAY MORE DELICIOUS with ranch dressing.

apples, oranges, bananas, carrots, celery, raisins, etc.

triscuits/carrots/celery/pita bread & hummus (skip the ranch....there's SO much better you could much than the processed oils and junk in dressings Fruit smoothie (frozen fruit, yogurt**, ice, milk**, etc) Grapes, berries, etc. Half a tomato, avocado sandwich toasted on wheat bread Yogurt** (or dip berries/apples in yogurt) Dried fruits-mix them in cereal or make a trail mix with nuts Nuts/soybeans--see above LOTS OF WATER Apples & Peanut butter Hard boiled egg cottage cheese and pineapple/peaches Favorite breakfast EVER: Instant oatmeal with lots of soy milk and craisins in it YUMMMMMM---OOOOO! Be very careful to keep hydrated, your body con misinterpret thirst as hunger. But healthy isn't just what you're eating, it's the quantity/portion too! I snack every two hours at work...every two-three days I carry in to work a large bag filled with pre--portioned snacks of all of the above, as well as things for lunch if I forget or don't get time to get out. Chunky Soup/Campbell's Soup, Ham Sandwich (no mayo, no cheese**) Don't forget to indulge once in a while! I sure as heck keep a bar of 780% dark chocolate in my drawer and I do indulge--but one square does me! Good luck, take it slow, you might slip and fall, but get up again and keep on going! PS--I say soy or lacotse free--I don't do dairy of any kind--it doesn't like my tummy.

How about Power Bars? Or cut up an apple and have it with peanut butter or cottage cheese? Or try Wheat Thins? Carrots with ranch?

Ocen Spray Craisins. They are sweetened dried cranberries. It is fat free and is only 130 calories per serving. You can even add them to different foods!

celery and carrot sticks.... whole fruits.... granola...yogurt is always good...... I have a fixation on anything made with whole oat oatmeal. Sushi is good, too. Good Luck and Goddess Bless.

well i am on a steady diet of trying to eat healthy.So i would suggest your favorite flavor lite yogart and granola. If you dont like yogart try fat free cottage cheese.There's always salad, but i get sick of having that so i like to change things up. Theres many choices of fruits and vegetables as well. So try to mix things up a little bit, and it will be easier to eat healthy.

THERE ARE MANY THINGS YOU CAN CALL SNACKS..FOR EXAMPLE: CRANBERRY & WALNUT TRAIL MIX ARE YUMMY AND FILLING..SOME FRIUT YOUGURT WITH SOME GRANOLA SPRINKLED ON TOP...PITA CHIPS WITH A VEGGIE DIP OR HUMMUS...OR VEGGIE CHIPS. TRY VISITNG A LOCAL NATURAL FOOD MARKET LIKE WHOLE FOODS AND JUS LOOK AROUND SEE WAT YOU CAN FIND..BE LIL ADVENTURUS;)...I'TS USUALLY A GOOD IDEA TO VISIT ON THE WEEKENDS B/C THEY HAVE LOTS OF SAMPLES TO TRY.
