yes... there is so much info on this subject, and i recently read that they do know long term affects. there are plenty of books and research out there, and once you start investigating, you may never eat anything boxed, genetically altered, non organic and such. ever again! some foods and ingrediants in the u.s. aren't even legal in other countries. sorry.. i could go on and on
