Poll: What would you be willing to buy at a health food store

Poll: What would you be willing to buy at a health food store?
Like food wise, what would appeal most to you. I'm placing orders for our store and I need some ideas that would sell really well. Any input would be great.

Halva for sure.

Mmm. My family and I LOVE Spinach Dip. This is something I would suggest to put as a sample, because most people immediately think 'Gross, SPINACH?!?!' But, if they were to taste it, they would like it. Maybe put it out with some whole grain soft bread. Or pita bread.

Meat replacements of many sorts. Premade vegan/vegetarian food. Vegan chocolate bars, gum, snacks. Maybe even some cruelty free bath items and such. As a vegan, I usually find that premade stuff is hardest to find, as well as chocolate (If you get that snack craving.. hehe) Also, very rarely, it is nice to have something precooked that you can just put in the microwave, like lasagna, pizza, things like that. Or dried soup that you can just boil up. (I am assuming you are looking for veggie food ideas)

Organic produce. It always kills me that my health food store maybe has like three sorts of vegetables and nothing else. I mean sure, there's the Farmer's Market, but selection there is very limited as well.

Nutritional yeast, vegan omega vitamins, vegan baked goods, fake meat, vegetarian/vegan packages meals and mixes i.e falafel mix, cake mix.

- Organic produce - Cruelty-free bath products, detergents, cleaning supplies, etc. - Organic dog treats, etc. - Pre made vegetarian and vegan meals - Juice/smoothie bar (with wheatgrass shots) - Gluten free section - Raw foods - Quinoa - Carob/chocolate bars - Glee gum (vegetarian, made without gelatin)
