Which is more important health care or Food and Drug Administration?
Since our health care system is doing just fine as it is should we privatize our FDA so private investment groups can benefit?

As has been consistently shown over the course of human history, it is almost always worse (less efficient and more costly) to have an impersonal, unaccountantable bureaucracy running something compared the same work being done by someone with who can profit or lose depending on how good (or bad) a job they do. I don't understand why you find this concept so hard to grasp
