There are two Trader Joe's in the Cincinnati area. There is also a Whole Foods in Cincinnati and one in Mason. Also, do a search for "health food stores" "natural food stores", etc. Also, Kroger has a very good naturals section. (I used to live in Ohio County, many moons ago. I used to be very familiar with the Florence/Erlanger area, but it's been nine years.)

Healthy Alternatives on 18, by BCHS. They don't sell a lot of produce, but they've got some good stuff regardless. There's a new place on Mall Road called The Vitamin Shoppe. Haven't been in there, but it might be worth a try. Kroger's isn't actually a bad place to look. The Florence kroger doesn't have the best organic produce section, but the Union or Burlington one should have almost everything you need. If you're willing to drive 20 miles for groceries, there's a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market in Cinci, but be sure to bring along a cooler if you go
