I know that they are both good for many reasons but I cant take the heat. I would like to take both with my multi vitamins in the morning.

Yes you can. When you take vitamins or supplements you should eat something with it. It might be a better idea to take them when you get home from work, with supper though since garlic tends to give people bad breath and you might still feel the heat a little with cayenne capsules.
