Why do you need to cleanse your colon? There are several products on the market that claim colon health but since these are over the counter thing no clinical studies have been done. Every manufacturer can "hire" a panel of experts to claim their product as a winner. If you suspect something is wrong, go to a doctor and get tested. A colonoscopy procedure is very easy and comfortable. The only discomfort is the laxative that you will have to drink before the procedure but this only for less then a day so you will be able to do it
