Hi! Sometimes it is preferable to use fancy fruit - for things like confections or for gift giving - rather than fruit from health food stores which carry fruits dried by "organic" means, simply because, in my experience, glacee fruits are far prettier. Do you think there is any great risk in buying fruits that are not sun-dried, say. In other words, how bad are the others? Maybe it is a question of how frequently you purchase them.

It all depends on how much sugar intake we really need, health food store will give you good natural ingredients where the Glaceed/Candied fruit are prettier it all depends on what you are conveying, looks or healthy eating, lol just thought of something, healthy fruit decoration on a box of fudge?lol. It's all preference, Enjoy
