What kind of background or experience do you need to work in a health food store

What kind of background or experience do you need to work in a health food store?
I would like to either start working in the industry or own my own health food store in the next few years. Do you NEED university of college degrees or diplomas? Or can you get training and would that be sufficient? Anyone in the field?

A bachelor's degree in business or marketing combined with actual experience working in a market would be the ideal combination. It doesn't matter what kind of business or industry you want to go into, you need to know how to run a business as a start in order to be successful.
