I have osteopenia, which is right before osteoporosis. Foods high in calcium and vitamin D is what you will need to be eating, along with suppliments that the doctor may prescribe. Dairy is not the best source of calcium. Dark, green leafy vegetable such as spinach provide your body with better calcium. You may want to talk to your doctor or nutritionish for a full list
