definetly get on prenetal vitamins (you can get a prescription) and Fruits, vegetables, good servings of meat and cheeses. STAY AWAY FROM SOFT CHEESES and make sure to stay far away from things like hot dogs or meats that could be undercooked, which can put you at risk for lysteriosis, google it. There is information online for pregnant mothers who have questions about foods. Make sure to get plenty of calcium.

Stay away from fish with high levels of mercury. Stay away from cold-cut meat. No soda (except ginger ale). Everything else should be alright. You must take your vitamins! Good luck!

organic if you can. Stop and shop has there own brand of organic, no hormones added. They have pork. beef, chicken, eggs, Fruit and vegetable all at a very good price.
