I think the calories are 1,200 - 2,000 per day. No more no less for a healthy, average sized person. 8 glasses of water. 2-3 meals with a healthy snack if you want I would say to run 2-4 times per week a couple of miles. Yep, all of it together will keep you in shape.

You should definitely be eating 3 meals a day. I have read online that you should drink around 8- 8 oz. glasses of water per day ( so that's somewhere around 64 ounces). As long as you are somewhere around 1600-1800 calories a day then you are doing good! Make sure to be active every single day! Physical activity for atleast 30 minutes a day is good. My recommendation is that you do some sort of cardio activity 4-5 days a week. Hope this helps!
